Workshop and Team

All our factory workers undergo, strict training, ensuring the precision of cutting, bending, hole-punching, welding and all process that completes the product. No sharp edges are allowed, even along the perforated holes on the cable side of the cable ladders & trays. Installers can safely pull cables along Baruna’s cable ladders & trays with confidence, with no worries of cutting the cables.

Baruna's Quality team will conduct an inspection on all our cable trays before delivery. We can process 300 sheet metals per shift and additional shifts can be added to meet to the customer’s delivery schedule. Cable Ladders & Trays can be classified between Light-Duty, Medium Duty and Heavy Duty. The different design, height and thickness of the material will determine the different class of cable ladders & trays. Baruna also manufactures Lighting Poles, Struts and all relevant accessories.

We are involved in the commercial, Industrial & hazardous projects in Republic of Indonesia. Our products are also internationally recognized as our presence and products can be found in other countries like Singapore, Malaysia etc.

Hot-Dipped Galvanizing Process

Hot Dipped Galvanizing offers the best bond and protection against corrosion than other galvanizing methods. Stainless Steel also has various finishing, typically either glossy or matte. Scracthes from installation are less noticeable on matte finish. Matte are common to make any surface scracthes less noticeable.

Finishing

Different types of finishing offers different degrees of protection against corrosion. For Mild Steel, Zinc are commonly galvanized on the surface to deter corrosion. The various galvanizing process are :

1. Zinc galvanizing (recomended the indoor)
2. Pre-zinc galvanizing (ASTMA-1233)
3. Hot galvanizing after manufacture process (ASTMA-1233)

Additional Finishing - Epoxy Powder Coating

Baruna also offer epoxy powder coating as an additional finish. Different colours can be used to differentiate the cable tray for different cables. The paint application are bonded to the cable trays using a high temperature oven, ensuring no loose paint powder. Epoxy powder coating are very exceptionally popular for use in chemical plants, cleanrooms, hospitals etc.
