Finishing

Different types of finishing offers different degrees of protection against corrosion. For Mild Steel, Zinc are commonly galvanized on the surface to deter corrosion. The various galvanizing process are :

1. Zinc galvanizing (recomended the indoor)
2. Pre-zinc galvanizing (ASTMA-1233)
3. Hot galvanizing after manufacture process (ASTMA-1233)

Additional Finishing - Epoxy Powder Coating

Baruna also offer epoxy powder coating as an additional finish. Different colours can be used to differentiate the cable tray for different cables. The paint application are bonded to the cable trays using a high temperature oven, ensuring no loose paint powder. Epoxy powder coating are very exceptionally popular for use in chemical plants, cleanrooms, hospitals etc.
