    Baruna manufactures quality Cable Support System that meets the stringent standard to the
    National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).
    NEMA defines standard for various grades of typically used in industrial application.

Cable Tray

Baruna offers different design and height according to the requirements. Higher cable tray height can accommodate more cables and having a return edge can strengthen the cable trays from bending.

Cable Ladder

Like Cable Trays, Baruna's Cable Ladders can be 1.5mm or 2.0mm thick. The rungs are arc welded to the rails by our professional welders. Rigs are used to ensure uniform spacing at 300mm between the rungs.

Cable Cage

This is a very light duty form of cable tray. From the design, it allows the user to customized easily, using simple tools. Accessories are available to maintain the shape after customization.

Mild Steel

Mild Steel cable ladders and trays can be used in low corrosion or free corrosion environment.  Mild Steel material will be more effective to combat against corrosion by going to the process of galvanizations.
There are 3 common types of galvanising :

  • Pre-Galvanised
  • Electro-Galvanised (EG)
  • Hot Dipped Galvanised (HDG)

Among the 3 types, Hot Dipped Galvanised is the most effective against corrosion. Baruna Hot-Dipped Galvanising can achieve 60 microns,  which protects even better from corrosion. These are commonly used for commercial projects like office, buildings, residential towers, hotels and hospitals, where environment corrosion are minimal.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel contains at least 10 percent chromium, along with other elements to develop specific properties. Depending on the quality of the elements present in a stainless alloy, it will have a metallurgical structure which will be characteristic  of the basic stainless steel groups. Baruna offers cable trays and accessories in both the 304 and 316 series. These austenitic alloys are remarkable in several respects. When chromium is increased for improved corrosion resistance, nickel must  also be increased to retain the austenitic structure. SS304 has chromium and nickel increased and carbon lowered to reduce carbide precipitation and increase corrosion resistance. Lowering the carbon content also makes welding easier. SS316 has molybdenum added to improve corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. The carbon content is also lowered to improve welding performance.

Aluminium

Aluminum has excellent corrosion resistance in many chemical environments and has been used extensively in corrosive environments. The aluminum alloy used by Baruna is considered copper-free and referred to as marine grade aluminum. Galvanizing on steel cable trays is designed to slowly wear away as it protects the steel; any place where the coating is thin or has been removed can prematurely limit the product’s service life. Since aluminum cable trays are homogenous material throughout, their service life is unaffected by scratches and field modifications. When aluminum cable trays are used with stainless steel hardware, the system can perform indefinitely, with little or no degradation over time, making it ideal for many chemical and marine environments.
